Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Facility

Samuel Services
Fabrication and coating services were delivered for piping, ductwork, tubing, structural steel, supports, platforms, and skids. The team executed installation of major Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) equipment, including concentrator and crystallizer modules, feed and recirculation pump skids, vaporizers, condensers, tanks, mixers, pipe rack and chase modules, and inline components as defined by the project’s P&ID. Electrical and instrumentation (E&I) scope was completed in accordance with engineered drawings, alongside full galvanization of all structural steel and platforms. Following mechanical completion, commissioning efforts were supported by dedicated mechanical and E&I crews. All work was performed under time-and-material (T&M) contract rates to ensure transparency and alignment with project expectations.
Project Description
Construction and installation of a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) facility, including fabrication, testing, and integration of mechanical, piping, and electrical/instrumentation systems for thermal equipment. Scope included full mechanical and E&I support through commissioning and post-mechanical completion phases.
