Tad Timmons

Tad Timmons brings a rare blend of manufacturing precision and construction leadership to his role as Executive Director at Samuel EPC. With over 25 years of experience spanning plant management, operations, and large-scale project execution, Tad leads the Midstream Division with a focus on innovation, accountability, and results.

Before joining Samuel EPC, Tad held senior roles including VP of Operations and Plant Manager, where he oversaw multi-site manufacturing, led successful M&A transitions, and implemented systems that drove profitability and operational excellence. His leadership transformed facilities into high-performing profit centers and fostered cultures of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

In the field, Tad has managed complex energy infrastructure projects—from $32M gas plants in North Dakota to $22M compressor stations in New Mexico—delivering them safely, on time, and above budgeted margins. He’s known for his hands-on approach, clear communication, and ability to build trust with clients and teams alike.

Tad holds degrees from North Texas State University and Tarleton State University, and has completed advanced training in operations management and project controls. His career is defined by adaptability, strategic thinking, and a relentless drive to build better systems, stronger teams, and lasting client partnerships.
