Randy Barbee is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in project development, fabrication, and field services across the energy and industrial sectors. As Executive Director at Samuel EPC, Randy plays a pivotal role in cultivating client relationships, identifying new project opportunities, and guiding strategic business development for both Samuel Engineering and Samuel EPC.

His expertise spans the full lifecycle of EPC projects—from estimating and proposals to executive oversight of fabrication and construction. Randy has served as executive sponsor and project manager on major initiatives for clients such as Hess, Suncor, Siemens, GE Water, and Occidental Petroleum, overseeing everything from well pad programs and plant expansions to modular fabrication and automation projects.

Randy’s leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of engineered systems, custom fabrication, and modular construction. His background includes executive roles in business development and estimating, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions across industries including oil & gas, power, chemical, building materials, and institutional sectors.
