HYDROMET Project

Samuel Services
Samuel EPC delivered comprehensive project execution services, beginning with detailed project management and planning that included execution strategy, scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, change management, and document control. Safety, quality assurance, and logistics oversight were maintained throughout. The engineering and procurement phase involved close coordination with engineering teams, vendor management, and subcontractor selection. Construction services covered civil scopes such as grading, excavation, foundations, and concrete work; structural steel erection and equipment setting; mechanical installation of tanks, piping, ducting, HVAC, and dust collection systems; and electrical work including transformers, switchgear, cable tray, heat trace, and instrumentation. Support services included temporary facilities and utilities setup, warehousing and materials management, and execution of rigging plans and critical lifts. The project concluded with commissioning and start-up activities, including mechanical completion, system certification, pre-commissioning, and performance testing to ensure operational readiness.
