GAS CDP Project

Samuel Services
Samuel EPC executed fabrication, coating, and testing of piping, tubing, structural steel, supports, foundations, platforms, and skids. Installation services encompassed all major equipment outlined in the project scope, including vessels, skids, and the flare system, as well as all actuated valves identified in the P&IDs—both standalone and skid-mounted. Electrical and instrumentation (E&I) components were installed in accordance with the Gas CDP E&I Scope of Work. Following mechanical completion, Samuel EPC provided commissioning support with mechanical and E&I crews on a time-and-materials (T&M) basis. Additional project requirements included supplying temporary power during construction due to the absence of permanent onsite power, managing installation of galvanized structural steel and platforms, and adapting to an evolving Issued-for-Construction (IFC) drawing package throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Description
The Gas Central Delivery Point (CDP) project involved the construction of a gas processing facility with a capacity of 350 MMSCFD, on a pre-graded pad. The project required full fabrication, installation, and commissioning of structural, mechanical, and electrical & instrumentation (E&I) components per company-provided designs and specifications.
