Dave Weatherly

Dave Weatherly brings decades of leadership in heavy industrial construction and fabrication to Samuel EPC. As Executive Director, he oversees all aspects of project execution—from staffing and safety to quality assurance and corporate governance—ensuring every build meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and excellence.

With a track record spanning major energy and infrastructure projects across North America, Dave has led efforts on solar installations like the Oberon and Long Draw PV projects, complex oil and gas modules for Hess and Suncor, and international power systems for Siemens and GE. His experience includes everything from well pad programs and refinery expansions to water treatment facilities and compressor stations.

Before joining Samuel EPC, Dave held senior roles including Executive Vice President of Construction & Fabrication, where he drove estimating, procurement, and project controls. He also led operations for fabrication and industrial services, transforming internal facilities into profit centers and championing a culture of safety and quality.

Dave continues to shape the future of industrial construction with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
