In January 2026, we proudly celebrate a milestone that means more to us than just a date on the calendar; we’re celebrating five years of Samuel EPC. Built on the foundation of more than 30 years of experience across the Samuel companies, Samuel EPC was launched in 2021 to extend that legacy into full-scope EPFC delivery.
Our executive teams bring an average of 20+ years of industry experience, supporting projects with the technical depth, leadership, and practical insight needed to deliver safe, high-quality results. Since our founding, we’ve grown into a trusted partner, delivering projects that combine technical precision, innovative thinking, and a relentless commitment to safety and quality.
Our Journey: From Vision to Proven Partner
When we started Samuel EPC, our goal was clear: to bring an integrated, solutions-driven approach to engineering, procurement, and construction. Over the past five years, we’ve delivered on that promise—helping clients shorten schedules, improve quality, and achieve their project goals without compromise.
Our work has taken us across industries—utilities, mining, energy, and beyond—and across project scopes, from early-stage planning to full-scale execution. Along the way, we’ve built a reputation for:
- Modularization – Offsite module assembly that keeps projects moving in any climate, improves site safety, and accelerates delivery.
- Fabrication – Precision work from our 40-acre Abilene yard, handling carbon steel, stainless steel, chrome-moly, Hastelloy, and other specialty alloys.
- Construction – Full-scope EPC services, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and field engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
